The Great Balance is a not–for–profit organization in the State of New York, registered by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions made to the Great Balance are fully tax deductible. We are also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devices, transfers, and gifts.

Individual contributions help The Great Balance to ensure that the Anti-venom Bank maintains a constant reserve of units in the different parts of the Sierra to save the lives of many indigenous individuals, particularly children and women, bitten by poisonous snakes.

Your donation may also go to the One Million Trees project and help protect and regenerate Mother Earth’s circulatory system through lakes, ponds, rivers, and wells.

You may contribute to the Mother Project-Restoration of the Sacred Sites, which are the Spiritual Offices of the Mamos where they communicate with the Spiritual dimensions through the process of Divination. 

Your support could also go to the Education Project, including the education of the New Mamos, where they learn their wisdom, work, and rituals (pagamentos). Through pilgrimage to the sacred sites, Mamos take care daily to maintain the balance of the Sierra, the Arhuaco culture, and the planet.
