In Coordination with the Mamos of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, the Great Balance is Inviting you to Celebrate the Solstice between June 20-24, 2021.
For the Arhuaco community, the Solstice symbolizes the time of the Eternal Present and the repetition of the divine act of creation.
Around the Solstice, the Arhuaco spiritual priests (the Mamos) invite us to reflect on what Humanity is currently experiencing. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is imposing to keep distance from one another. On the other hand, this situation urges us more than ever to care for the wellness of those around us since survival depends on their well-being.
We are learning to live as the Myself who is Us.
This time of crisis vs. opportunity invites us to give up our egocentrism and recognize ourselves as a collective at the epicenter of a situation that reveals the uncertainty and evokes a powerful sense of internal change of values and attitude towards life.
The Great Balance is inviting us to join the Mamos for a time of contemplation from our sacred inner Portal within our hearts, the place where the eternal spark of divinity dwells. To connect, our souls forming a circle of light where the wisdom of the unchangeable laws unites us to balance Mother Earth and Humanity as ONE.
Why the Solstice?
For the Mamos, the four days around the Solstice mark the Sun’s arrival from the path of ascension that begins each year on December 31st towards the sacred house of the Creator. Simultaneously, light is arriving where the shadow was present along the ascension pathway. But the Sun does not go alone in this journey. It is accompanied by spiritual guardians of all animals, plants, and living forms, from the tiniest and microscopic ones to the vast and powerful. These companions come from the four elements (air, fire, earth, and water), from the four cardinal points, and from the four Mothers (The White Mother, Munnekun, the Red Mother Gunnekun, the Yellow Mother Bunnekun, and the Black Mother Seynekun). The four Mothers represent Mother Earth and the four races of Humanity.
Also present in the Sun’s journey are the collective forces of the rocks, mountains, breezes, waters, and everything that exists in nature, supported and carried by Mother Earth. It is a pilgrimage of all evolution towards the Father Sun Kankurwa (the sacred temple), its Portal, the Great House, the Creator’s House, the Sacred Source, the House of Prana. This vital force governs each being in a plant, animal, and mineral.
According to the Mamos, upon reaching its Big House, the Sun remains still (Solstice = Sun Still), static, seated on its supreme throne to hear how each ruler comes before Him to give the group’s report about their compliance of the laws related to their missions. These reports constitute the manifestation of life. Human beings are also represented as one collective consciousness in Ánugwe in spirit and essence.
The Sun’s Portal that Sacred House is the precise point of existence where there is no past or future, no age, space, or time. The fragmentation is absent because only totality and perfection dwell there. For all, this is the time of complete renewal of the universal living consciousness and the central purpose of creative evolution.
Solstice is the time for Humanity to renew reconciliation, respect for life, and union with the elemental brothers and sisters of plants, animals, bacteria, mountains, breezes, and waters in the light of individual and collective divinity to bring peace, harmony, and joy.
Through this commitment, we become instruments of resonance of love and commitment to the New Era. Likewise, we radiate love, light, and co-creative divinity to all friends in nature who have become teachers of life and to the elementals of the forests, rivers, clouds, the planet, the stars, and the cosmos. We take in unison a step towards a reunion with all life that Mamos interpret as the return of life. From there, Father Sun begins his path of descent to complete the cycle. And the very ones that accompanied him in his ascent now descend with him, renewed, changed, and empowered. This descent path involves profound changes of attitude and values as those we are experiencing currently, consciously or unconsciously, and that will continue for some time beyond into the future. In this new journey, we open our hearts to the powerful energies that these changes bring. We embrace the positive energies in light and love, an abundance of health, grace, and hope.
Procedure
If you want to participate in the solstice event, join the Mamos and the Great Balance from June 20-24, 2021. Mamos are asking the participants to light a blue candle during these four (4) days. The blue candle represents the individual intention to bring light into the shadows of our lives and on everything that exists. It also symbolizes the union with the Mamos, the Sun, Nature, Mother Earth, Humanity, and the Cosmos.
During these four days, the candles will join the light of the sacred fire of the Arhawiku that remains permanently lit in the Kaduko (sacred site) Kanuteti.
Dedicate some minutes, at noontime, or at any other moment, during these four days to connect to the Mamos and participants of this beautiful event. During this particular connecting time, you may recite the following Invocation:
Invocation
To do it every day from June 20-24, 20201
As ONE Humanity, we open our hearts to the powerful energies that the Solstice brings. We embrace them with light and love. We unite our hearts to the static Sun in its Big House to renew our reconciliation with all life before continuing the descent pilgrimage with a new expansion of consciousness to protect life on the face of the Earth.
We consecrate ourselves as the guardians of Mother Earth, guardians of the sacred wisdom, the existence of life, the clouds, the stars, and the mountains.
We consecrate ourselves to the service of light, to care and maintain joy and innocence in children, protect the homeless, the displaced, and those who have lost everything in advance of the shadow.
We become practitioners of the Mamos’ wisdom handed down from ancient times by their ancestors. We pledge to help them share the sacred mission of teaching this wise legacy to all brothers on Earth.
We accept and recognize that nothing changes within the divine and universal laws that guide and direct us towards the path of light and love, traveling our common destiny as Humanity.
With a humble heart, we recognize and accept that the universal laws are embodied in the hearts of all men, women, and children from the spiritual world. We ask for our intentions, needs, and purposes to fulfill (add what you want to ask, change, achieve in your life or the life or your beloved ones)
Today, united with the Mamos of the SNSM, we travel with the light, with the universe to begin the path towards the new dawn, carrying in our hearts the seeds of love and hope and renovation.
We decree that at the dawn of Solstice, we become ONE neutral light with the Sun to encounter Mother Earth, with all the elementals of energy that form everything existing on the planet and the cosmos.
In this way, we will co-create opportunities for the emergence of life through the balance between positive and negative, light and darkness, feminine and masculine.
We are ONE with the duality in the eternal balance of life and love.
We respect all knowledge present within the totality because totality includes life, wisdom, and nature.
Thus, as the Mamos of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, we declare ourselves ONE with the WHOLE. And we recognize all the universal laws.
Decreed,
So be it
Duni,
Thank you!
Mamo Dwawiku and Mamo Luis Eduardo from the Arhuaco community of the Sierra Nevada of Colombia, the Heart of the World
